Things You'll Need:
- One can of Spinach
- Two fresh eggs
- Four ounces of sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowlIn a large mixing bowl add one can of well-drained spinach, two eggs, 4 ounces of shredded sharp cheddar cheese and seasonings.

Step 2
Stir well blending all ingredientsStir well with a fork until all ingredients are well blended.

Step 3
Serve immediately after bakingBake uncovered for about 30 minutes at 375 degrees or until done. You do not want any runny eggs and you do not want it burned. Serve immediately.
