Telling the kids that eating spinach makes Popeye strong just doesn't seem to convince them to eat it. However, baking spinach into a delicious fluffy soufflé with cheese and seasonings just might. How do you make an easy spinach soufflé even your kids will love?

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You'll Need:

  • Two fresh eggs
  • Four ounces of sharp cheddar cheese

Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes at 375 degrees or until done. You do not want any runny eggs and you do not want it burned. Serve immediately.

Tips & Warnings
  • If using a convection oven subtract 25 degrees.
  • Allow soufflé to cool slightly before serving to very young children to avoid burns.
