Things You'll Need
- 12 small red potatoes
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Original Blend, divided
- large bowl
- roasting pan
- olive oil
- knife
Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 400 degree. Wash potatoes under running water, I like to scrub the skins a little with a potato brush.

Cut potatoes into wedges.

Toss potatoes in a bowl with olive oil and 1 Tbsp. of Mrs. Dash.

Transfer from the bowl to roasting pan.

Roast potatoes in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Increase heat to 450 degree, sprinkle with remaining Mrs. Dash and cook for 5-10 more minutes or until potatoes are browned and tender.

Tips & Warnings
Remove roasting pan with potholders before sprinkling the remaining Mrs. Dash.
