Things You'll Need:
- 1 pound bag of frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower) drained and thawed
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Swiss chees soup, divided
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can french fried onions

Step 1
Combine the thawed vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can onions in a medium bowl. Stir to mix.

Step 2
Pour into a one quart casserole dish.

Step 3
Bake covered in a 350 degree oven for approximately thirty minutes.

Step 4
Cover with remaining cheese and onion.

Step 5
Bake uncovered for an additional five minutes.
