The wider the variety of color in your meals the better for your health. So lets mix up the color with a nutritious and scrumptios Vegetable Medley tonight.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 pound bag of frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower) drained and thawed
  • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Swiss chees soup, divided
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can french fried onions
  1. Step 1

    Combine the thawed vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can onions in a medium bowl. Stir to mix.

  2. Step 2

    Pour into a one quart casserole dish.

  3. Step 3

    Bake covered in a 350 degree oven for approximately thirty minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Cover with remaining cheese and onion.

  5. Step 5

    Bake uncovered for an additional five minutes.

  6. Step 6

    Enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • Add some spark to the flavor by using garlic pepper.
