Here's how to make frozen fruit juice popsicles, a quick and tasty treat.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Popsicle sticks
  • Fruit juice
  • Disposable plastic cups
  • Saran wrap
  1. Step 1

Make a batch of your favorite 100% fruit juice from concentrate. Grape, strawberry, kiwi, and fruit punch work well for popsicles.

  2. Step 2

Assemble a row of small plastic cups on your kitchen counter. Pour the juice into each cup about one inch from the top.

  3. Step 3

Place Saran Wrap securely over the top of each cup.

  4. Step 4

Poke a hole in the center of the Saran Wrap with the sharp end of a pen, or a pointed butter knife.

  5. Step 5

Place the popsicle stick through the hole in the Saran Wrap, so it stands upright in the cup. This way the popsicle stick will freeze in the center of the popsicle.

  6. Step 6

Freeze your popsicles for eight hours, or until frozen.

  7. Step 7

Fill a bowl with very hot tap water.

  8. Step 8

To release the popsicles from the plastic cups, dip each cup briefly into the hot water. The hot water will allow the popsicle to pop out of the cup.
