Studying:
Studying can be boring if you go on for hours and minutes in a day doing the same thing with repetition. Doing the same thing every time you study won't bring any progress or results. When studying a new language such as: Spanish it should be fun and exciting because it is going to become a new passion for you! To get started for example:
Check out from your local library, buy videos or DVD that help you learn Spanish.
Browse and buy children's Spanish material, such as: Sing a long music, workbooks and anything that will help you learn the basics.

Environment:
There are alot of things you can do to create Spanish learning environment. You can view Spanish language television, listen to Spanish music or radio. If you know anyone who speaks Spanish, invite them over and have a little conversation. If you are on the go, visit a store and pick up a Spanish newsletter or visit a Spanish restaurant and practice the Spanish you know on someone who speaks the language. -

Teaching yourself to become immersed in Spanish is not difficult. You can create some time and teach yourself. You can make some posters or make or use a 1 subject notebook to use for Spanish vocabulary words.
You can also purchase Spanish computer software or you can google websites that offer free lessons to learn more Spanish. All of these resources are available to help you learn without being in a Spanish country or being in a classroom. Follow these steps and you will be a Spanish speaking success!

I speak a second language that not many people in my community speak... so to keep up my skills, I sometimes switch the language over on regular DVDs (like Disney, Pixar, etc.) so as that it is playing. Even if it is just background noise, it helps with keeping up on comprehension and speed. -
