Pamper yourself. When times get tough, and you're feeling like you just suck at life, pamper yourself. Draw a relaxing bath, have a glass of wine and just breathe. Believe it or not, you've got it in you to talk yourself through it and relax the stress away. You've gotta know that you're worth it.

Tell yourself you're great. Look at yourself in the mirror, smile and tell yourself how beautiful you are! Affirmations are often used in professional therapy sessions, and work more than you may realize!
