How to Have an Apple Relay
When hosting a Halloween or Harvest party, you should plan on playing a few autumn-related games. Here you will learn how to have an apple relay. This relay can be played in a large classroom or a small home party. The game develops good hand-eye coordination. Does this Spark an idea?

Divide the children into two teams. Have the teams stand in two straight lines.

Position basket. At the head of each line, place a basket containing half of the apples. Place the empty baskets at the end of the lines.

Give instructions. Upon hearing the command "start," the first child in each team will pass an apple to the next child and so on until the apple reaches the last child. The last child will then put the apple carefully into the empty basket. Repeat this procedure until all of the apples have been moved from one basket to the other.

Set a goal. The first team to move all of the apples from the basket at the head of the line to the basket at the end of the line is the winning team.

Re-arrange children. If children wish to play the game repeatedly, re-arrange the children so that each child has a turn at the first of the line and the end of the line.
