Winter is coming, and if you live in the right place, you are going to get snow. The first thing kids want to do is make a snowman outside. By the time they are done, the kids are freezing and need to come in and sit by the fireplace to warm up. You can give them a cup of cocoa and teach them how to make a snowman inside of the house that they can eat. When they are done, they can take the extra marshmallows and roast them over the fire in the fireplace.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Bag of large marshmallows
  • Tub of vanilla frosting
  • Bag of chocolate chips
  • 2 toothpicks
  • Fruit roll-up
  • Butter knife
  1. Step 1

Get out three large marshmallows. Using a butter knife, place some vanilla frosting in-between the bottom and middle marshmallows. Then put some in-between the middle marshmallow and the top marshmallow. Press then together lightly so they stick.

  2. Step 2

Use the vanilla frosting as glue. Put some frosting on the end of your chocolate chips and place two on the top marshmallow for the eyes. Then place about four or five of them to form a mouth. Then add three chocolate chips down the front of the middle marshmallow for buttons.

  3. Step 3

Find a small, thin Cheeto from a bag of Cheetos. Cut it to be the size of the snowman's nose and glue it on with the frosting. It should fit right between the eyes and the mouth.

  4. Step 4

Cut out a thin rectangular strip from the fruit roll-up. Wrap it around the snowman's neck as a scarf.

  5. Step 5

Stick one toothpick in each side of the middle marshmallow of the snowman for the arms.

  6. Step 6

Eat the snowman (but not the toothpicks).

Tips & Warnings
  • Use black licorice instead of toothpicks for the arms.
  • Watch little kids with the toothpicks. They are sharp and can cause harm.
