  • Organic plain yogurt
  • Organic honey

      Mix it up. Take 6 to 8 uncoated aspirin and add it to 1 tbsp. of yogurt. The aspirin will dissolve in the yogurt.

      Then add 1 tsp. of honey. The yogurt will add good bacteria to your skin and the honey has antiseptic properties. Mix it all together and smooth it onto your face. Wait ten minutes and then wash it off with tepid water.

      Do the scrub. Make a paste with honey, aspirin and a small amount of sea salt. Wet face and gently use paste to buff skin, wash off. This works especially well as a scrub before shaving, softening skin and sloughing off dead skin.
