You can find all types of copy methods on a computer, but the easiest is the cut and paste method. This method does not require any special programming and can be done from Internet pages to off line pages. It is an easy method to learn and even easier once you get the hang of it. You can write articles in your Microsoft Word and copy, cut and paste them onto your web site.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Power up your computer. Allow all programs to load completely. Once computer is completely finished loading, click on the start button in the bottom left corner of your screen. Slide your mouse indicator up to "Programs" and look for "Microsoft Word." Allow the program to completely load.

  2. Step 2

Begin by writing your article you would like to place on your web page. This article can be anything you wish it to be. Once you have completed your article, save it by moving your mouse up to the "File" menu in the top left corner of the screen, scroll down to "Save As" and click, then write your title in the space provided in the next window and click on "Save."

  3. Step 3

Log onto the Internet with your ISP. Once you have logged onto the Internet, log onto your web page that you want your article copied to. Once the page has loaded completely, click on the minus sign (-) in the upper right corner of the screen to drop the Internet down to your task bar.

  4. Step 4

Highlight the title of your article by placing your mouse indicator to the left of the first word and clicking the left mouse button. Drag the mouse indicator all the was across your title holding the mouse button down at the same time. When you reach the end of your title, release the mouse button. Place the mouse indicator anywhere inside the highlighted area and click with the right mouse button. This will bring up a menu. Click on "Copy." Now right-click the area again and click on the "cut" selection. Your highlighted area should have been removed.

  5. Step 5

Look at the task bar at the bottom of your monitor. You should see your Internet program in a box. Click on the box just one time. This opens the Internet program and should have your web page still up on the screen. Place your mouse indicator somewhere on the page and click the right mouse button. Another menu should appear. Scroll down until you see "Paste" and click the paste selection. Your title should appear on your page. You can modify it in any manner you wish including capitolization, underlining, letter colors and so on. Repeat the steps for each paragraph you have written in your Microsoft Word program until you have completed the article.
