Here's how to decorate your windows at Christmas time with dry erase markers.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Expo or other brand dry erase markers
  • Images of Christmas clip art to copy on a large scale
  • Cut out Christmas stencils
  • Spray can snow
  1. Step 1

Find a variety of simple line-drawing Christmas clip art on the internet.

  2. Step 2

Print the pictures out on your computer at half or full page size.

  3. Step 3

Using the clip-art for inspiration, outline the image on a larger scale on a window with Expo dry erase markers.

  4. Step 4

Once you have outlined the entire image, fill in the areas of solid color with tight back and forth strokes. Be sure not to erase the original outline with your fill colors.

  5. Step 5

Add pop to the outline by tracing a contrasting color on its outside border.

  6. Step 6

Create images of holly or berries by Expo-markering through cut-out stencils directly onto the surface of the window.

  7. Step 7

Finish the design by lightly applying spray can snow to the corners of the window.
