Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Learn about the Chevy Volt

The Chevy Volt will finally be a reality. According to Chevrolet, the Volt can be an ALL electric car. You may not have to put a single drop of gas into it. It will use a lithium ion battery.

  2. Step 2

Why you will want to buy the Chevy Volt:

The electric car battery can be plugged into a regular outlet. How cool is that? According to Chevy, if you drive less than 40 miles per day, you can do that with the battery alone. Imagine not having to buy expensive gasoline! Oh yeah, it also looks really sweet. The Chevy Volt pricing is estimated to be at least $40,000. Start saving now!

  3. Step 3

    Where can you get one?

The Chevy Volt electric car will be available at Chevrolet dealerships. Expect a high demand. It is estimated to be available for purchase in November of 2010. If you are serious about buying one, call several Chevrolet dealers and ask to be put on a waiting list. There is also an online wait list you can join that is listed in the resources below.
