Remove Wax and Stickers
Remove Wax and Stickers

I love using all kinds of candles but do not like cleaning up the holders, wax can be so messy. Stickers...UGH don't you just dread trying to get those pesky stickers off of items you purchase, follow these simple techniques and you will no longer be frustrated. Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Place your glass holders in the freezer for a few hours and the wax should shrink just enough to pop right out.

  2. Step 2

Vegetable oil absorbed into a cotton ball and rubbed onto the sticker/tag will quickly remove any glue. After you remove the glue, wash the object thoroughly with soap and water.

  3. Step 3

You can also use WD-40 to remove stickers, do not spray directly onto the object, but use a cotton ball and gently rub to remove the sticker and again, wash thoroughly with soap and water.

Tips & Warnings
  • Be sure and remove the stickers before placing them in the dishwasher. Always use precautions when burning candles.
