Things You'll Need:
- 24 bamboo skewers
- 12 oz bananas, sliced
- 12 oz fresh strawberries, halved
- 12 oz pineapple chunks
- 12 oz cantaloupe chunks
- 12 oz honeydew melon chunks
- 1 3/4 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1 3/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup pureed pears
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1
Prepare all fruit.

Step 2
Dip banana slices into lemon water to prevent discoloration.

Step 3
Arrange fruit in alternating fashion, onto skewers. 2 1/2 ounces fruit per skewer.

Step 4
Make dip from yogurt, cottage cheese, honey, lemon jice, pureed pears, cinnamon and salt. To prepare dip, combin all ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Cover and chill.
