Although there's no drugs that can cure Alzheimer's disease, there are ways to help prevent or delay it and help it. Here's a simple guide to naturally help against Alzheimer's.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Discipline
  1. Step 1

Eat more fish, blueberries, carrots, nuts, seeds, green veggies, and less meat & simple carbs (sugar).

  2. Step 2

Do lots of cardio exercises to help prevent brain cells from dying.

  3. Step 3

Sleep early, don't snore while sleeping, & wake up early. (snoring means you're not getting enough air, thus your brain cells, and you lose your memory)

  4. Step 4

Review your materials after you learn them 3 times. (1 after learning it, 1 before going to sleep, & 1 after waking up) to counter Alzheimer's.

  5. Step 5

    Be joyful & happy always.
