How to Post Links on Twitter With Tweetburner

Instructions

1. If you already have a Twitter account, skip this step. For those without a Twitter account, simply go to Twitter.com and set an account username and password so you can start microblogging and updating your status as many times as you want.

2. Go to Tweetburner.com and log in with your username and password. You will see an orange frame on the right side of the screen. Drag the little box to your Internet browser bookmarks menu.

3. Go to one of your favorite websites or the last clip you would like to share with your Twitter friends. Once you are navigating on it, click on your bookmarks menu where it says "Twurl this!"

4. The menu on the image will pop on a different window. Now you can enter a sentence or two (check the characters counter) with the URL you are sharing. Note that Tweetburner has created a different and abbreviated URL for your post. You will need to enter your Twitter username and password so the link shows on your profile.

5. You are ready to go to your Twitter profile and see how your last link is showing there, available to all your followers.
