How to Transplant Grapes

Transplanting grapes is a very risky procedure. The younger the grape vine the better. A 3- or 4-year old grape vine will not suffer the same shock a hundred year old grape vine will suffer. Grapes can be successfully transplanted, but it will require great care and patience.
