Step 1
Go to http://www.pibetaphi.org

Step 2
Click on "RIF Form" at the top of the page. On the next page, click on "Legacy Form".

Step 3
Have your Pi Phi alum relative fill out the short online form, which asks for the potential member's name as well as the alum's name, year of initiation, and chapter.

Step 4
Hit send when you're done. No postal service necessary.
