Things You'll Need:
- Gift ideas
- Knowing what the person receiving the gift likes
-
Step 1
CALENDAR: You need to know what types of things the person you are buying for likes. Do they like cats or the beach or quilting? Once you know, you can go to calendars.com, key in the topic that they like and you will get many results of calendars that have pictures of that topic. Calendars are a very nice gift to give at Christmas, you can even find file folder calendars to keep track of bills and much more. A calendar is a gift that keeps giving all year long.
-
Step 2
MAGAZINES: A magazine subscription is a very good idea for a gift. There are magazines on every topic for men, women, and kids. You are sure to find a magazine for the person you are buying for. The best part is that every time the gift comes in the mail, the person will think of you!
-
Step 3
IDEAS: Come up with some other creative ideas that can give all year, or give for a longer amount of time. Gift cards are a nice idea, and you can find them for anything from massages to hair cuts. Be creative and giving this holiday season.

on 11/7/2008 Great article. 5 stars. I added it to the "like articles" on my similar article, and would appreciate it if you would do the same. I hope we can share the Holiday spirit!

on 9/25/2008 For the same price of most magazines, you can have a piece of solid sterling silver jewelry sent to her door, every month! Check out www.JewelryClub925.com - the jewelry is absolutely FREE - all you pay for is shipping & handling of $5.95 per month!
Try to beat that "Gift that keeps on giving" idea!!!

on 9/17/2008 A friend of mine had calenders made for the family that had everyone's birthdays and anniversaries in it including extended family. I thought it was a great idea because I am the world's worst with keeping up on that kind of stuff! The picture sections were family pictures.

on 9/17/2008 My mother gave us our church's calendar for Christmas every year. It's a project our church has done for decades! Members pay to have their name, anniversary, birthdate (or their children's) or some special event recorded on the calendar. They pay the penny cost for each letter and then when the calendars arrive, we pay for the calendars (approx $6). Great fund raiser for the church's Missionary Society and a great way to remember birthdays, anniversary and other special days of our friends.
