How to LOSE A QUICK 10-20 pounds SAFELY!

Its monday, one week until that big party and you have kept putting off dieting...even though those hot jeans are still a little snug...heres what you do!

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

  • WILL POWER
  • Lots of meat
  • Veggies
  • flavored water
  • vitamins
  • fiber supplement
Step1
okay, now this is what i did...you can alter this is any way you like, but its nothing long term. its great to jump start any diet, or just to help you lose a quick 10-20 lbs fast! you have to have will power and be able to stick to this for a week!!
Step2
Cut out all carbs! no bread, no sugar! lots of water! Scrambled eggs for breakfast salad with grilled chicken (and even full flavored ranch!) dont go crazy tho...remember to eat moderatly and really as little as possible. eat any grilled meat, nothing breaded a steak or a hamburger or a hot dog, or pork chop, just no bread! a side of steamed broccolli or a side salad!

make sure to be taking your vitamins every day and i always take a fiber supplement as well. my favorite is a powder form thats called "fiber one" pink lemonade individual packets to add to your bottled water. its delicious. this is simply a no carb diet. alter it however you like, but it works, i lost 20 pounds in a week doing this..but again, its not anything that has long term results, it simply gets you where you want to be for a special occasion! lol or jump starts a lifestyle change to give you a little motivation and get your will power going! as soon as you see the first 20 pounds drop off your going to love that feeling and keep going!

  • incorporate excercise
  • plan a lifestyle change!
  • dont plan to lose 50 pounds, lose it in 5 pound increments, its easier that way! and you dont feel so overwhelmed
  • good luck!
  • please consult your doctor to make sure this is okay for you to do.
  • make sure to take the correct vitamin or supplement thats right for you
  • drink plenty of water.
  • its not safe to lose to much weight too fast, so take it easy, dont hurt yourself
  • again, this isnt a lifestyle change, this is just my opinion how to lose a quick dress size before a big event, so dont leave a bunch of comments yelling at me.thanks :) if you dont like it, dont do it.
