How to BEEF STOCK made easy

Making your own beef stock is easy.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A large stock pot
  • 6 quarts of water
  • 3 cubes of beef boulion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 bell pepper 1 tspn black pepper corns
  • 1 8oz can of tomato sauce
  • salt to taste
  1. Step 1

    Using a large stock pot bring water to a rolling boil.

  2. Step 2

    Add all the ingredients except tomato sauce. Simmer for 2 hours

  3. Step 3

    Strain out everything so you just have the beef broth.
    Add the can of tomato sauce to the broth & mix it in before the beek stock has cooled.

  4. Step 4

    Now you have a nice quality BEEF STOCK to make soups & other dishes.
