Things You'll Need:
- A large stock pot
- 6 quarts of water
- 3 cubes of beef boulion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 bell pepper 1 tspn black pepper corns
- 1 8oz can of tomato sauce
- salt to taste

Step 1
Using a large stock pot bring water to a rolling boil.

Step 2
Add all the ingredients except tomato sauce. Simmer for 2 hours

Step 3
Strain out everything so you just have the beef broth.
Add the can of tomato sauce to the broth & mix it in before the beek stock has cooled. -
Step 4
Now you have a nice quality BEEF STOCK to make soups & other dishes.
