Things You'll Need:
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 med. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 16 oz. pkg. of medium egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream

Step 1
Ground Chuck ready to brown.Brown ground chuck, onions, salt and pepper and cook until onions are done and meat is brown. Drain off excess fat. Set aside.

Step 2
Boil water for noodles in separate large pot. Add noodles when water comes to a boil. I use a 5 qt. Stainless steel saucepan.

Step 3
Drain noodles when tender, approximately 10 minutes. Put back in pot.

Step 4
Add ground chuck and onion mixture and stir. Next add sour cream and mix thoroughly.

Step 5
Let simmer on low setting for approximately 5 to 10 minutes to even out the temperature.

Beef StroganoffYour dish is now ready to serve. Enjoy!
