How to Make Chicken in Wine Sauce

In this recipe you will have boneless chicken breasts with an awesome sauce!

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 6 whole boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 cloves of garlic(crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of chopped onions
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms(optional)
  • 1-13 oz can of broth
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 cup of dry white wine
  1. Step 1

    *Spray pan with Pam*
    Pre heat oven to 400.
    Cut chicken breasts in half, and take all fat off, fry until brown.
    Set the chicken a side for later. Spray pan again and cook onions,mushrooms and garlic until onions are see through( about 3-5 minutes)

  2. Step 2

    Mix flour and spices with chicken broth and add to onion mixture.
    Place bouillon cubes in the mix as well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat add the wine.

  3. Step 3

    Place chicken in an oven safe pan(spray pan with Pam for baking)
    Pour sauce (mix that we made earlier ) over the top of the chicken.
    Cover with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes.
    Enjoy!
