Things You'll Need:
- 3LB ROAST
- 2 CANS CHICKEN BROTH
- 2 CANS BEER
- SALT
- PEPPER

SET UP YOUR SLOW COOKER. SEASON ROAST WITH SALT AND PEPPER ON ALL SIDES.

NEXT PUT ROAST INTO COOKER POUR OVER BEER AND CHICKEN BROTH, COVER PUT ON HIGH. AND LET IT COOK FOR 5 HOURS.

YOUR ROAST IS READY TO EAT. YOU CAN THICKEN UP THE LIQUID WITH A COMBINATION OF WATER AND CORNSTARCH FOR A GRAVY. SLICE MEAT AND SERVE WITH POTATOES OR RICE, DELICIOUS!!!
