How to Get a Body Like Heidi Klum

Once upon a time Heidi Klum was known for being a model. Now she works on the hit television show “Project Runway”, but she still maintains her excellent body. With a little work, you too can get a body like Heidi Klum.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Stick to a diet low in calories and carbohydrates. David Kirsch is famous for his similar diet, which is the same one Klum follows.

  2. Step 2

    Do cardio training at least three times a week just like Klum. This includes jumping jacks and other activities that get your heart rate up quickly.

  3. Step 3

    Use strength training to build up your muscles. Klum does squats, lunges and crunches to keep her body in great shape.

  4. Step 4

    Work out with light weights to increase the effects of the workout without gaining big muscle mass. Klum alternates between using light 2-5 pound weights and not using weights at all.

  5. Step 5

    Increase your workouts to 45-90 minutes every time you work out. Klum stays in great shape by working out a specific amount of time ever day.
