Step 1
On the main menu, choose Extras and scroll down to Contacts. Scroll down to the contact you want to view and click the center button.

Step 2
You must add all of your contacts into Microsoft Express/Outlook first and then sync them with your iPod.

If you are using Microsoft Express, connect your iPod to your computer. Choose Preferences on the file menu click the iPod tab and click on the contacts tab. Check the Synchronize Contacts from box. Then select outlook Express and click apply.
