Step 1
Buy a few items through eBay. With the current set up, buyers can only receive positive feedback from sellers. If you buy a few things and are a trustworthy transaction partner, you will get a positive feedback for each transaction. If you buy two or more things from the same seller, ask for the seller to wait a week in between giving you feedback for each. Feedback from the same seller doesn't count if the feedbacks are giving within a week of each other.

Ask politely for positive feedback if your eBay seller has not yet given it to you. Some sellers give out feedback in batches at the end of the month, some do it whenever they can get around to it. Always be polite in asking for feedback or you may not get it at all.

Sell a few items to build up positive feedback as a seller. If you've already bought some items, you already have some positive feedback and can demonstrate that you are trustworthy. This should help you to sell items more easily which in turn will earn you more positive feedback.

Go the extra mile. Make it a point to communicate with your eBay buyers whenever possible. eBay buyers are more likely to leave positive feedback if they feel that the seller has made an effort to communicate with them and make them happy.

Mail your eBay shipments on time and package them well. Customers appreciate effort that goes into good packaging and they reward it with positive feedback. Anything remotely breakable should be packed in bubble wrap and sent in a sturdy box.

Take steps to make an eBay customer happy when something goes wrong. Don't let a complaint escalate until you get negative feedback. You can still get positive feedback from a transaction that goes wrong if you take enough steps to correct the situation. Start with an apology and then ask the buyer how they want to rectify the situation. By giving the buyer some power over the outcome, you can go a long way toward keeping the customer from getting mad enough to leave you negative feedback.

Report to eBay anyone who threatens you with negative feedback if you don't do something they are asking for. This action is called feedback extortion and it can get the buyer into trouble with the site- it can even get their account suspended. If someone threatens to ruin your eBay reputation or asks for cash or a refund in exchange for a positive feedback, save the email and contact eBay right away.

At www.trustedblacklist.com lots of sellers share their blocked bidders/buyers list. Using latest list at your eBay account will save you lots of time and profit. (there is an article at eHow for how to block buyers).
