Grocery Coupon Clipping

Grocery Coupons should be organized before going to the super-market. This will keep the shopper organized and grocery shopping a breeze. Organization will help to know where desired coupons are located, which are about to expire!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Grocery Coupons
  • Envelopes
  1. Step 1

Purchase #10 business size envelopes. File coupons in separate envelopes according to their category. For example, an envelope for meat products, paper goods, cereals, pet food, baby food, snacks, fruits, vegetables, canned goods, and so on.

  2. Step 2

Place the coupons with the earliest expiration date first and coupons with longer expiration dates last. Use this strategy for each food category within each envelope.

  3. Step 3

When a grocery coupon expires before purchasing the product, remove it from the envelope. This will keep all grocery coupons up to date.

Tips & Warnings
  • Shoppers should always take grocery coupon envelopes to the store. When the shopper spots a product they wish to purchase they should remove the coupon for the item and place it in another empty envelope labeled purchases. When the shopper is ready to check-out, all coupons for the items purchase are in a separate envelope. Ready to be handed to the cashier.
