Have a sexy Thanksgiving!
Have a sexy Thanksgiving!

Will it be just the two of you this Thanksgiving? Make it special and romantic with these easy tips.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Basic Cookware (sauce pan, etc)
  • Table or dinner trays
  • Beverage of your choice
  • Meal items or take out menus
  1. Step 1

Decide on a location. If you are living together this decision should be simple. But if you aren't, choose the home that is most comfortable and cozy. You don't need a lot of "extras", just as long as you have a intimate eating space and privacy.

  2. Step 2

Figure out the menu. Don't feel that you have to stick to traditional Thanksgiving fare such as turkey and stuffing. Base your meal on your favorite foods! If you both love cooking Greek cuisine together, then do that. The point is to make it special and unique!

  3. Step 3

Set the mood. Use candles to make it more cozy but also feel free to decorate the room with seasonal effects. Tailor the design to the personality of your and your mate. In many cases a nice fall foliage centerpiece will be just perfect.

Tips & Warnings
  • Keep it simple. When sharing any romantic meal, you don't want to spend the entire time hopping up every five minutes to deal with the next course. Try timing everything so that it is ready to be served as soon as the meal has begun. This way you can lay everything but desert out and serve each other buffet style.
  • Complement the meal with an awesome wine or other drink that you both would enjoy.
  • Cap off the day with a movie! Pop in your favorite holiday flick or head out to the local cinema. Its a great ending to a holiday shared together.
  • Stick to your strengths and what is familiar. A holiday is not the time to try out that new 17 ingredient dish that you read about. If you are much better decorator than cook, order out and place the food in nice dishes.
