Surprise your friends by handing them a "intact" unpeeled, banana. Imagine their surprise when they peel it to find that it is already sliced into discs.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

A banana. A friend. A clean needle.

Step 1

Take a banana with some brown freckles on it. The spots will disguise what is done.
Step 2

Insert a clean needle into the side 1/2 inch from the top. Pivot it thru the width of the banana to slice pulp only, avoiding peel damage. Continue puncturing and pivoting at 1/2 inch intervals down the length. Rotating the banana between punctures avoids a telltale straight line of holes.
Step 3

Find a hungry friend receptive to a banana. Watch the surprise when the pre-sliced banana is peeled. Say to them, "Wow , it must be one of those new genetically-engineered hybrids! OR.. Before giving it, tell a story about how you think you have a ghost in the house because strange things keep happening.

Tips & Warnings

If you are a child, have an adult do it for you, so you do not get stuck by the needle.
When the banana is peeled the slices could fall on furniture, (stain hazard), or on the floor, (slip hazard) Be careful.
