How to Find 2008 Voter Information by Using Google Maps

The 2008 election year is here and you wish to vote. But you are unsure of your voter location and voter registration information for your local area. By visiting Google Maps at maps.google.com/vote, you can find your local voter information.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer
  • Internet
  • A desire to vote
  1. Step 1

    Visit maps.google.com/vote to see your local voter information. You will see the example in this step along with a US Map. You can locate your location on the map provided

  2. Step 2

    Place your address in the Google Maps box to receive more voter information for your area. Click on the Search button provided.

  3. Step 3

    If you click on the "Get Directions" button under "Your Voting Location", you can get point to point directions from your house to the voter location.

  4. Step 4

    You will also see a point A from point B map of where to vote in your area. Click the Print button to print out the directions or you can take a screenshot of those directions, if you like.
