If the text in your Macintosh web browser is too small or too large, here's how to increase or decrease the size.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

If the text on your screen is too small, hold down the Command key (the "apple" key) and the + key.

  2. Step 2

If the text on your screen is too large, hold down the Command key and the - key

  3. Step 3

In Safari, you can also go to the View menu at the top of the screen. Select Make Text Bigger or Make Text Smaller from the menu.

  4. Step 4

In Firefox, go to the View menu. Select Text Size.

In the Text Size sub menu, select Increase to make text bigger, Decrease to make it smaller, and Normal to return the text size to the default setting.
