Are you living in a sexless marriage and think that you are all alone. Well you are not, more than 15% of all couples are living in a sexless marriage. It doesn't have to be this way, you can rekindle the romance in your marriage.

Things You'll Need:

  • open and blame-free communication
  1. Step 1

    Talk with your spouse/partner openly and blame-free about how you are feeling about your sexless marriage. Allow your spouse/partner to voice how they are feeling also. Don't forget DO NOT POINT THE FINGER!

  2. Step 2

    Identify the problem. It could be libido, anger, resentment, or medication. Remember a sexless marriage is not the problem it is only a symptom of a much deeper issue.

  3. Step 3

    Once you have identified the problem, find a solution. Whether it is talking with your doctor about changing your medicaine, talking with your spouse/parnter about your feeling, or whatever it may be. Find the solution and put it in action.

  • Don't go day after day without having sex.
