  • ½ pound crab meat, drained (canned is fine)
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ tsp A-1 steak sauce
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg yolk, beaten
  • 1 pound won ton skins
  • hot mustard or sweet-sour sauce
  • Blender
  • Fryer or pan & oil
  1. Step 1

    The first step in making Crab Rangoon from this recipe is to blend the crab meat with cream cheese.

  2. Step 2

    Then, the next step in this recipe for Crab Rangoon's is to add steak sauce and garlic powder.

  3. Step 3

    Put a teaspoon of crab mixture in the center of a won ton skin.

    Fold each square over corner-wise to make a triangle.
