Things You'll Need:
- 6 eggs
- mayo
- mustard
- dill pickle
- capers (optional)
- Paprika (optional)

Step 1
First step is simple. Boil eggs. Once done, drain and peel under cold running water.

Cut each egg in half, long ways. Extract the yolk and place in a medium mixing bowl.

In the mixing bowl, add 4 tbls of mayo, 3 tsp of mustard, 1/4 cup of diced dill pickles. Mix well.

You can either spoon out equal amounts into the egg halves, or you can put the mixture into a freezer bag, cut off the corner, and pipe it into the egg.

Step 5
As a tasty garnish, you can add 2-3 capers per egg, and sprinkly on a little paprika.
