Devilled Eggs are a great party appetizer! They bring color and life to the table, and they taste great.
This recipe is for a dozen devilled eggs.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 6 eggs
  • mayo
  • mustard
  • dill pickle
  • capers (optional)
  • Paprika (optional)
  1. Step 1

    First step is simple. Boil eggs. Once done, drain and peel under cold running water.

  2. Step 2

    Cut each egg in half, long ways. Extract the yolk and place in a medium mixing bowl.

  3. Step 3

    In the mixing bowl, add 4 tbls of mayo, 3 tsp of mustard, 1/4 cup of diced dill pickles. Mix well.

  4. Step 4

    You can either spoon out equal amounts into the egg halves, or you can put the mixture into a freezer bag, cut off the corner, and pipe it into the egg.

  5. Step 5

    As a tasty garnish, you can add 2-3 capers per egg, and sprinkly on a little paprika.
