Here's how to recycle those ubiquitous plastic grocery bags from the supermarket by using them around your home.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Save your bags in a drawer in the kitchen once you get them home from your store. That way, you'll always have a supply, and never be tempted to just throw them away.

  2. Step 2

    Use plastic grocery bags as carrying sacks for wet swimsuits or dirty shoes.

  3. Step 3

    Use them as wastepaper bags for those small little trash cans in your bathroom and office.

  4. Step 4

    Wrap them around bagged and frozen food in order to prevent further freezer burn.

  5. Step 5

    Use the bags as lunch sacks, or to pack food for picnics.

  6. Step 6

    Use grocery sacks organize clothes in your storage closet.
