Have your kids ever spilled red Kool-Aid on your carpet? Here is the easiest way to remove the stain from your carpets.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    First, test an inconspicuous area of carpet with the ammonia.

  2. Step 2

    Next, pour a small amount of ammonia over the stain. Place a paper towel over the stain and the ammonia.

  3. Step 3

    Take the hot iron over the paper towel. The ammonia and the kool-aid should be pulled out of the carpet by the heat of the iron.

  4. Step 4

    Repeat with clean paper towels until the stain comes out of your carpet.
