Step 1
Clear your mind of everything except the problem at hand. Nine times for nine days you must say the prayer to Saint Jude. It is important to embrace and feel what you say. Visualize what you need. It is not selfish. The prayer to Saint Jude works and it works fast. But you must believe whole heartedly in what you ask for and you must be diligent in your prayer to Saint Jude.

Step 2
This is the prayer that I use when I am in a hopeless situation:
MAY THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS BE ADORED, GLORIFIED LOVED AND PRESERVED
THROUGHOUT THE WORLD NOW AND FOREVER
SACRED HEART OF JESUS, PRAY FOR US
SAINT JUDE WORKER OF MIRACLES, PRAY FOR US
SAINT JUDE, HELPER OF THE HOPELESS, PRAY FOR US -
Step 3
While you are saying the prayer, I like to make a stick list nine times so that I can keep track of each prayer said. I focus on the dire issue at hand. In my heart and head I let Saint Jude know my intent to "pay forward" the generosity that he will bestow on me. You do not need to be in a religious facility to say this prayer. It really does work.

Step 4
The one and most important thing I found you must do to have Saint Jude help you, is to keep your promises to him inturn. For example you should help at Charity (my favorite one is Saint Jude Hospital), you should publish the good deed that was done for you. And most importantly you should let others know the beauty and help you received from Saint Jude. Say his name loud to others and keep his memory alive.

If you are in grave despair try this prayer. It works. I know it sounds nuts. Try it. You will see.

I will continue praying.. and to everyone else when you need help or relief pray for help and you feel things changing, I am so thankful to everyone that posted there prays and thanks. on 10/18/2009 Follow up! Well thank you to St. Jude for the temporary fix we got last week! Hooray, it works! But I am back in the same predicatment and really need the help, you can be assured that I will continue to pray!
