Fibromyalgia is a real disease. Most doctor's treat it as if it doesn't exist. Most people don't know they have it and feel lost. Identifying the symptoms and understanding how to live with the disease is the key to living a better fuller life.

There is no cure for Fibromyalgia however there can be some relief for it.

on 2/14/2009 Any ideas on what is the best excersises to do. I have had good results with walking and with occupational therapy. Both are hard to get time for. Yoga is helpful. Any ideas for being to schedule it in and follow through?thanks
