How to VINAIGRETTE / French Dressing for Meats

When oil and vinegar meet mustard and garlic it is known as VINAIGRETTE!It's pronounced vinugret.French dressing and sauce vinaigrette all mean the same.This is easy to make and poured on any meats especially beef and also chicken.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • VINAIGRETTE 2 teaspoons minced garlic 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  1. Step 1

    Take the 2 teaspoons minced garlic and with side of knife, mash garlic with 1 teaspoon salt to form paste. Place in small bowl; whisk in vinegar and mustard. Slowly whisk in oil.

  3. Step 3

    That's all!Except for its spelling and frenchiness,it's no big deal.
    Take a plate and spread some leaves like cabbage or spinach.Or maybe arugula to make it exotic and dump your steak or grill or chicken on it,drizzle the vinaigrette and go balsamic if not ballistic.Garnish with whatever you want or is available.

Tips & Warnings
  • For garnish try basil,cilantro/coriander or mint.
  • Go easy on the mustard as it's pretty pungent.
  • Use a pestle if you are clumsy with the knife to crush the garlic.
