How to Contact Doubleday Book Club

As with most businesses, the easiest way to contact the Doubleday Book Club is through email. In fact, members of the club are encouraged to use email and discouraged from using others forms of communication. However, it is also possible to contact Doubleday Book Club through other channels.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Send an email to Doubleday's customer service department with your question or comment. This is the method of communication preferred by the club. Contact them regarding how the club works or with questions or comments regarding a specific club account. Send emails to: service@doubledaybookclub.com. Include as much account information as possible to facilitate a response.

  2. Step 2

    Write to the member services office with specific complaints or problems with an existing account. Send written inquiries to: Member Services, 1225 South Market St., Mechanicsburg, PA 17055

  3. Step 3

    Write to the main New York Offices at: Doubleday Book & Music Clubs, 1540 Broadway, New York, NY 10036. Write to this address if problems cannot be resolved through contacts listed in Steps 1 or 2.

  4. Step 4

    Phone Doubleday's corporate New York offices at: (212) 782-5290.
