How to Make Colored Acorns
In the fall, squirrels are always in a hurry to collect the seeds and nuts from the ground for the winter. One of the things they often leave behind are the acorn shells, or tops. They look like a little hat and children love to pick them up and collect them. A fun craft to do with the collected acorn shells is to make a colored acorn underneath the shell. It's fun for the children, and they can make lively autumnal decorations.
