How to Do Lateral Box Jumps
Lateral box jumps exercise a wide range of lower body muscles. Performing them regularly can improve an athlete's speed, power and acceleration. By altering the height of the box an athlete can focus on either speed (with a low box) or power and muscle strength (with a high one).
