Release the parking brake to the lowest position. Raise your Plymouth Neon rear wheels with a jack and support each back wheel with a jack stand.

On the driver's side, use the screwdriver to adjust the star adjuster downward until you feel tension in the wheel. On the passenger side, use the screwdriver to adjust the adjuster star upward until you feel tension in the wheel.

  4. Step 4

Place the rubber plugs back into the adjusting hole on both rear wheel wells.

  6. Step 6

Press in on the parking brake two times with releasing. Make sure that the rear wheels spin freely still.
