Things You'll Need:

  • Good pair of walking shoes
  1. Step 1

Locate the southernmost part of Broadway on the edge of historic Battery Park and Battery Park City. From here, you can take a stroll among clowns and painted performers, or hop on the ferry to Staten Island and the Statue of Liberty. From there, you can tour the United States Customs Building and learn about the symbolism in the statues outside.

  2. Step 2

Go less than a block north of the Customs Building to the popular tourist photo opportunity, the Wall Street Bull. Get creative and take pictures of your friends and family in various poses with the bull.

  3. Step 3

Find attractions including the World Trade Center Memorial Site, Century 21 and the original Strand bookstore.
