Step 1
Ask your current dentist for a referral to someone new. If you currently live in Pittsburgh, they should be able to point you towards one in the same general area. If you’re planning on moving to the area, your hometown dentist might be able to find someone they know of or someone they knew in the past.

Visit the American Dental Association website to use their online referral form (see Resources). This form allows you to find a dentist based on a number of different criteria including specialty and location. Once you enter in the information, their database will find all practicing dentists in the Pittsburgh location based on your preferences.
