The HP Business Inkjet 1000 Series Printer was designed to work with a variety of office papers and print media including 25 percent cotton bond paper. In addition to standard office correspondence, this four-color Inkjet printer can print cards, transparencies and envelopes. The printer includes a standard input tray that holds up to 150 sheets and can accommodate an optional auto-duplex unit for printing two-sided documents, which saves money and paper. All you have to do is select the appropriate media and load it into the paper tray. The printer does the rest.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
