How to Make a Pumpkin Martini

Treat your adult guests to a real Halloween treat.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Martini Glass
• Ice
• Water
• Knife
• Martini Shaker
• Shot Glass
• Pumpkin Puree
• Simple Syrup
• Vodka
• Pumpkin Pie Spice
• Marshmallow Ghost

1. Line up the martini glasses and fill with ice and water. This will chill the glass quickly.

2. Cut a slice in the side of each marshmallow ghost (one for each martini) so it will stay on the martini glass rim.

3. For each martini, add 2 oz of vodka, 3 tablespoons of pumpkin puree and 2 tablespoons of simple syrup to the shaker. Shake VERY well.

4. Pour out the ice/water mixture and pour in the pumpkin martini. Dust with pumpkin pie spice and add a marshmallow ghost to the rim of the glass.

Tips & Warnings

• If you can find Pumpkin Liqueur or Pumpkin Flavored Vodka, substitute 1 oz for 1 oz of plain vodka.
• If you like a sweeter version, try Vanilla Flavored Vodka instead of plain.
• Pumpkin Pie filling will work as well as pumpkin puree, but will result in a sweeter version.
