Love the goodness of German Chocolate Cake but hate all the steps, try this one 13*9 pan surprise.
German chocolate cake is known for its rich and moist cake with delicious frosting, but try this inside out version.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 13x9 pan greased
  • 1 German Chocolate cake mix
  • 1 1/2C coconut
  • 1 C Chopped pecans
  • 1 Stick butter
  • 1 8ox cream cheese
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  1. Step 1

    Pre- heat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare German Chocolate cake mix as described on the box.

  2. Step 2

    Grease bottom of 13x9 glass baking dish. sprinkle coconut and pecans on bottom of pan and put prepared cake mix over the mixture.

  3. Step 3

    Finally in a pan melt butter and cream cheese together add powdered sugar, do not let this boil. but let everything melt completely and mix until smooth. Finally pour melted mixture evenly over the top of the cake mix. (do not mix) pop it in the over for about 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in comes out clean. The top should be a rich golden brown.
