• potatoes
• baby carrots
• onion
• garlic
• celery
• salt
• pepper
• brown gravy mix

1. peel the potatoes and cube add roughly three times more potatoes than meat set aside, in large pot over medium heat simmer the onions and garlic in two teaspoons of oil .since everyone likes a different amount add to taste .to the onion garlic mixture chop two stalks of celery and add salt and pepper to taste.

2. add the stew meat to the mixture and brown the outside of the meat roughly 5 minutes then add the potatoes and carrots add half as many carrots as potatoes and add water till the potatoes have about an inch of water covering them,

3. add the brown gravy mix and stir cover and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour or until the potatoes are soft. serve
